REQUIRED 48 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATION DAY OF, 100% OF SERVICE FEE IS CHARGED. 24 HOURS CANCELLATION, 50% SERVICE FEE IS CHARGED.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE FOR WHICH YOU HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED AND A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH A SERVICE YOU HAVE RECEIVED, WE ARE HAPPY TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO RETURN TO THE SALON TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS. ADJUSTMENTS MAY BE PROVIDED AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. THE ONLY REQUIREMENTS WE HAVE IN PROVIDING ADJUSTMENTS ARE THAT YOU CALL TO SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION FOR THE ADJUSTMENT WITHIN 72 HOURS OF THE ORIGINAL SERVICE AND THAT THE ADJUSTMENT APPOINTMENT MUST BE BOOKED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE ORIGINAL SERVICE AND WITH THE SAME STYLIST WHO PROVIDED THE SERVICE.
